Een journaliste van de Telegraph zocht Jeff Koons op in zijn atelier, een voormalige spoorwegloods in New York.

“He runs his 120-strong team as a tight ship. The rooms are silent; each artist wears headphones, but only in one ear. If their name is called, it is whipped out immediately. Most are artists themselves and make their own work in the evenings, but it’s certainly no finishing school – according to Koons, the average tenure is 10 years.
